Most photographers create packages for their clients with varying amounts of hours of photography coverage. I believe that the job of a photographer is to capture the story of the day, and not worry about the hours it takes to tell that story.

I do offer images in digital format, printed, as well as books and albums. I prefer to offer my clients all the deliverables a la carte so that you can get exactly what you want, without paying for many extra items you will never use.
